We may witness our behavior and find we are hurting self or others we care for, or that we are making decisions we later regret, all due to stress levels becoming unmanageable. High Stress & Trauma
Our human body/heart/mind/spiritual systems are not designed to be flooded with adrenaline 24/7; A short burst of adrenaline can save our lives – if we are running from lions, navigating traffic in torrential rain storms or escaping falling objects. But living with ongoing, low or high level stress can take a toll on our well-being that may be difficult to recover from. Unrelenting stress can generate not only emotional issues and mental overwhelm, but can cause or make us more vulnerable to physical illness as well. A weakened immune system during a pandemic is the last thing we need.

We want EVERYONE who wishes to book a session to be able to do so, as often as needed.
Each month, we are able to offer a few lower-paying sessions to those in need, based on the number of full paying sessions booked. That is, the more of you who can pay the full amount, the more lower-paying sessions we can offer.
Please pay what you are able, and recognize that when you pay more, you are evening the playing field by making it possible for those who are less fortunate financially (at the moment) to receive the support they need!
